Provo Temple
āI have frequented the Provo temple of the LDS Church more than any other temple because of its close proximity to where I live. It is one of the busiest temples of the Church because in addition to serving local residents, it also is attended regularly by missionaries from the Missionary Training Center and students from Brigham Young University. At night, residents of Utah Valley can see its white glow against the foothills of Rock canyon from all across the valley. Recently, the Temple was remodeled to include the statue of the Angel Moroni atop its spire and to improve the grounds and landscaping around the Temple. The Temple now looks more magnificent than ever and is brilliant against its mountain backdrop. I chose to paint it in the Fall season because I like the red colors against the brilliant white of the temple. For many, the Provo Temple holds fond memories and is a favoriteā?.
