Hawaii Temple
"The Hawaiian Temple is strikingly beautiful as the radiant white stones beam against the deep tropical foliage. Many feel a desire to walk its grounds and absorb the fragrant flowers and overflowing fountains. As an artist, I was similarly moved, but also intrigued as this temple reminds me of ancient architecture with trees, paths and fountains that seem to point upward to the temple. There are many sculptural reminders as you wander the grounds to the sacrifice of the Polynesian people and those who came before. For those who wish for a peaceful or even a spiritual experience of the islands – visit the Hawaiian Temple."
